Congratulations on receiving your Box, we're really excited to help you get started and join our network. Please note that our technology is presently in beta and the software will continue to update remotely with new features.
For the full experience with your device, please complete the following:
Setting up the device
Step 1: Find a good home for your box
Please leave your box on a hard surface that allows airflow under the device. If possible, avoid leaving the box in direct sunlight or exposing it to high heat.
Step 2: Connect your box to the internet
Using the supplied ethernet cable to connect your device directly to the ethernet. If you are unable to connect your device with an ethernet cable, skip this step.
Step 3: Connect your device using the included power supply
To ensure the device functions as intended, please use the included power supply. Using a different power source may cause performance or reliability issues.
Step 4: Wait
The device will take approximately 5 minutes to turn on.
Step 5: Connect your box using WiFi
If you were unable to connect the device using an ethernet cable, the first screen you see will prompt you to configure the wireless network. We recommend connecting the device to a secure and stable network to optimize the performance.
Step 6: Register your device
Enter in your desired store name for your device. This will be visible to your customer when they make a transaction. Select the country where your device is located. This will also be used to determine an appropriate currency for the device.
Your box is now fully operational and can be used to receive payments!
