The following article is perfect for all staff and users of the Box4Good device to familiarise themselves with accepting payments after the device has been successfully activated (see article: Setting up your Box4Good device).
Payment Request
To charge a customer using the device, enter the value using the onscreen keypad and press OK.
The currency is determined during the activation of the device.
Completing a Payment
Start by scanning the QR code that is generated on screen. A Pay4Good web page will open where a preferred payment method can be selected. If the payment is successful it will be displayed on screen. An unsuccessful payment will result in a failure message.
Select Reset to return to the home screen and create new payment requests.
Cancelling a Payment Request
In the event that you need to cancel a payment request, select the Reset button from the bottom left corner of the screen.
